In addition to her doctorate in psychology, Maria has over 25 years of experience supporting organizations in skills development, training and coaching for leaders and their employees, instructional design, e-learning, and revitalizing underperforming departments into strong and effective units. She is recognized for her organizational skills and project management abilities. She has launched several new projects in the field of training and talent development systems (skills models, assessment centers, 360° feedback, training programs, coaching, and annual performance reviews). She has also supported companies in improving employee satisfaction and effectiveness.
Daniel Mikulowicz
Co-Founder
Ph.D., clinical psychologist, licensed psychotherapist, university lecturer, consultant, and executive coach. Since beginning his professional career in 1997, he has led projects in two areas: human resources and psychotherapy guided by a holistic approach that integrates various aspects of clients' functioning. As a psychotherapist , he primarily works with adult clients in individual and couples therapy.
Within the framework of human resources projects, he focuses on executive coaching, managerial skills assessment for senior and middle managers, as well as consulting in the field of personnel management strategy.
